Why this is the correct official route
The Office of Company Registrar website identifies itself under Nepal's Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies and links directly to the Public Company Data Portal. The portal provides a Company Register search, while CAMIS also exposes a public company-name search. These public services are different from signing into a company's private CAMIS account.
Registration is not a complete trust certificate
A company may be registered while a particular salesperson, payment account, product, licence, branch or investment offer is unrelated or misleading.
