Information you submit

The contact form collects the name, email address, topic, and message that you choose to provide. This information is used to answer questions, investigate correction reports, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the inquiry.

Do not submit citizenship numbers, National ID numbers, passport numbers, passwords, one-time codes, payment details, or document scans through the contact form.

Browser and device storage

Bookmarks, recent searches, theme choices, and similar convenience settings may be stored in your browser or on your device. The language control can set a Google Translate preference cookie when you choose a language.

Analytics, advertising, and consent

Nepal Docs Guide does not currently load the Google AdSense advertising script in the public layout. Advertising technology must not be enabled until the site is ready and legally required consent controls are in place.

If analytics, advertising, or a consent provider is enabled, this policy will be updated to name the provider, explain the data use, and describe available choices before the new collection begins.

Retention and security

Contact inquiries are retained only while they are needed for a response, correction record, abuse prevention, or legal obligation. Access is limited to people responsible for operating the publication.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected misuse through the contact page without including additional sensitive information.

External official websites and your choices

Official government and other third-party links open outside Nepal Docs Guide. Those sites control their own cookies, forms, security, and privacy practices.

You can clear locally stored site data through your browser and can contact Nepal Docs Guide to ask about a submitted inquiry or request its deletion when no overriding obligation applies.
