Source hierarchy
Primary sources are preferred: the responsible authority's exact service page, form, portal, published notice, directive, or contact page. Secondary sources may provide context but should not replace an available primary source for a procedure claim.
A broad homepage is not treated as proof of a specific form, fee, deadline, or eligibility rule.
Claim-level support
A source should be placed near the claim it supports when practical. Readers should be able to distinguish official requirements from Nepal Docs Guide's preparation tips.
Links are checked before a source is described as verified. Source-access dates are published only when the check is recorded; they are not generated automatically.
Broken links and conflicts
When an official link is unavailable, the guide should say so rather than substitute an unrelated page. Conflicting official instructions should be disclosed and referred to the responsible authority.
Readers can report a broken link or changed requirement through the contact page. Include the affected URL and the replacement official source when known.
